- What dates are available in the month you are considering?
- What is the room hire fee and what is included in that price?
- Is there a discount for booking an off season date or a Monday to Friday wedding?
- How much is the deposit, when is it die and is it refundable?
- Are the ceremony and reception locations mobility impaired accessible?
- What’s the venues weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?
- What is the cancellation policy?
- What time can your vendors, including me, start setting up on the day of the wedding or is it possible to setup the day before?
- Where is the pre-reception area located?
- Does the venue have any in house caterers?
- Can the venue do a menu tasting prior to finalising your menu selection?
- Is there free parking onsite?
- Will the co-ordinator supervise on the day, right through to the conclusion of your wedding?
- What overnight accommodation does the venue provide? Do they offer a discount for your guests?
- Does the venue supply you the bridal couple with a complimentary room or upgrade on the evening of the wedding?
- How many weddings are at the venue each day?
- Is there a minimum spend?
- What will the wedding co-ordinator take care of and organise for you?
